Oak Lawn, IL •APPOINTMENTS• •New clients are asked to send two clear photos of their natural nails, ideally before booking, but no later than the day before their appointment. •All clients should share any art or design ideas they plan to have done by the day before their scheduled appointment, either by verbalizing them or sending photos. •To secure your appointment, a credit or debit card will be required to hold your booking. •To help secure your appointment, all clients who book online are required to pay a one-time deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of their service. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to one new appointment as long as we receive notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made outside of this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a late cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding! •In the event of an emergency, with appropriate documentation, the late cancellation fee may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if no deposit has been paid (for returning clients). •NO EXTRA GUESTS PLEASE :) •Each client must book under their own contact information. •All clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After this time, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. If you anticipate arriving after the grace period, please check with me to confirm if I can still accommodate you. Should I be able to proceed with your service, the original quoted price will still apply, regardless of any adjustments or reductions to the service. I kindly ask that you be mindful of your scheduled time :) •CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE• •All clients are granted a 48-hour window to cancel or reschedule their appointment at no charge. Cancellations made after this time frame will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price. No-call, no-shows will be charged 95% of the quoted service price. Please note, this cancellation policy is firm for all clients. Thank you for your understanding! <3 • ID and signature are required on an external form for new clients •By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge your intent to attend and confirm that you understand and agree to all policies. •PAYMENTS/DETAILS ABOUT PAYMENT• •Your appointment balance may be paid using cash, Zelle, or the card on file. •If you are paying with cash it’s always a good idea to bring $20-50 more than you anticipate :) •There are no refunds for any service •APPLICATION TIME• The minimum application time for any extension service is 2 hours. Total appointment duration may vary depending on your design preferences, art takes time. <3 •NAIL REPAIRS• Each client is eligible for one complimentary nail repair within 48 hours of their appointment. After 48 hours, the cost of the repair will vary based on the extent of the damage.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation window is 48 hours exactly. If your appointment is at 11 am you are required to cancel by 11 am two days prior. No later than. Failure to cancel appointment within the given time frame will result in the card on file being charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price. No call no shows will incur a charge of 95% of the quoted service price. Signature and ID REQUIRED
